You know the quote, "If you don't know where you're going any road will get you there." That's from Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland. As a leader of a nonprofit or faith-based organization the last place you want to end up is falling uncontrollably down the rabbit hole.
Nonprofits and understood from the beginning that success is measured equally with the authenticity and quantity of the relationships built. In order to flourish in relationship building there must be a clear strategy in place that dictates messaging, processes, policies, etc. It is hard to be authentic when you don't know who you are.

Specifics
- Pre-Session preparation (may include some or all of the following)
- Questionnaire survey for all employees or key stakeholders
- Survey of customers, with analysis and summary of critical issues
- Competitive analysis
- Trade Area analysis
- Industry analysis
- Summary and workbook for session participants
- Facilitation of a 1.5-2 day session with working dinner (may include some or all of the following)
- Creation of the agendas for all workshops and the session
- Catered continental breakfast and full lunch
- Presentation of findings based upon the above surveys and analysis
- Presentation of any additional relevant industry studies
- Facilitation of the actual session which will result in:
- Creation of the organization’s Strategic Vision
- Including creation or possible revision of the organization’s values, mission, etc
- Essential analysis that will dictate the company’s decisions and behavior moving forward
- A list of critical issues that will result in objectives and tasks for staff
- Notes from the session and a strategic plan template will be provided (additional investment is required if the company wants to retain A New Dawn to write their strategic plan)
- Four Quarterly follow-up conference calls beginning 3 months after the initial session
